Where are Spice Pantry products made?

Spice Pantry offers a variety of products, including both locally made and imported items. Whenever possible, we prioritize supporting local businesses.

How do I best store my products?

For flavoring products, please refer to the packaging for the recommended storage methods. Most of our products do not require special storage conditions. Natural casings, however, are preserved in a salt brine and do not need refrigeration during transport. Once received, please refrigerate them.

Can I order products and pick them up?

Yes, you can order online and collect your products from our Knoxfield, Victorian warehouse. For orders placed before 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday, same-day pickup is available. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be ready for collection on the next business day.

Does Spice Pantry deliver?

When the delivery option is chosen, we primarily use Australia Post. However, whenever possible, we opt for a courier service to ensure faster delivery of your order.
